Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at sbk21. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• Notifying sbk21 immediately should there be any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Submitted documents will be reviewed within 1–3 business days. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with the SBK21 Privacy Policy, available on our Privacy Policy page.

Sbk21's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

SBK21 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
